Accessibility is part of building things properly.
Our commitment
We want everyone to be able to use builderve.com, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, magnification or voice control. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 level AA.
What we do
- Semantic page structure with headings, landmarks and a "skip to content" link.
- Full keyboard operation, with clearly visible focus.
- Text contrast designed to meet AA, and text that scales with browser settings.
- Forms with labels and clear error messages.
- Motion kept to a minimum, and switched off if your device asks for reduced motion.
- Responsive layouts that work from small phones to large screens.
Known limitations
We test regularly but cannot guarantee that every page is perfect. Decorative animations are hidden from assistive technology. If you find something that does not work for you, please tell us.
Tell us about a problem
Email customer@builderve.com with the page address and what went wrong, and the assistive technology you use if you can. We aim to reply within 5 working days and to fix confirmed issues quickly. If you are not satisfied with our reply, you can contact the relevant Danish supervisory authority.
